Pep Palau is a creative director who believes light can carry narrative. For 15 years, that belief has taken him from Gothic cathedrals to luxury flagships to theatrical stages across 14 countries. His work has helped raise £1.4M for heritage conservation, lift retail transactions by 18%, and engage 400,000 annual visitors at a permanent UNESCO installation.

Now based in Barcelona, Pep leads Eluxir — an immersive experience design studio where every project begins with a story.

Founded in 2010 as Filmiks. 55+ international projects across heritage, luxury, corporate, and theater. Now Eluxir — rebranded and based in Barcelona, with the same creative philosophy: narrative first, technology second.
